Shipping policy

Every Puddlejar print is made to order. Once you order, your print is produced on brushed aluminium by our print partner, usually within 2–4 working days, and then shipped with tracking.

Where we ship: the UK, the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping cost: shown at checkout before you pay, based on your delivery address.

Delivery times: most orders arrive within about 3–8 working days of being dispatched, depending on where you are. Busy periods (for example the run-up to Christmas) can add a few days.

Tracking: we email you when your print is being made and again with a tracking link when it ships.

Customs, duties and taxes: for deliveries outside the UK, local import taxes or duties may be charged by your carrier or customs office on delivery. These are not included in our prices.
